Founded in 2014 by Oluwafunmilayo E. Asere Olalere, SpaceMenders is a full service interior design company located in Lagos, Nigeria, that provides design solutions to residential, corporate and commercial clients of all levels.

We provide interior services to residential, commercial & corporate clients. Our service ranges from interior design consultation, space management, space planning, renovation, supply and installation of interior wares and finishings, corporate gift items, cleaning service etc.

We seek to bridge the gap between functionality, luxury and affordability. While delivering affordable luxury, SpaceMenders seeks to take our clients through an unforgettable journey of excellent customer experience.
Our goal is to become a leading interior design company in Nigeria and beyond.

History

2004

How it all Started

It all started in university. SpaceMenders started as an Estate Management for 5 years, but with the name not in use. The goal was to always have  a clean and functional space, because a clean space has a way of affecting one’s behavior.

2011

Addition of Sales Service

In 2011, there was sales of selling solutions for homes. Some of the solutions are laundry bag, dustbin, home fragrances, bedsheet, towels, toiletries, and gift items.

2013

Personal Interior Design Certification

The CEO, Oluwafunmilayo Asere Olalere, attended Marvin Interior Design School located at Omole Phase 1 to acquire knowledge and certificate to be an interior design expert.

2014

Business Registration

SpaceMenders was registered and has the right to operate legally.

2015

Work From Home

Working from home began in 2015. But staffs to go site when required for job completion.

2016 - 2020

Experience Acquisition

The CEO, Oluwafunmilayo Asere Olalere worked for Bloom Soft Furnishing, where she became a project manager and a facilitator, where she gained more experiences to improve SpaceMenders services.

We provide full interior design service as well as access to products to complement the design and consulting services including wall finishes, floor finishing, window treatments , beddings, art works, soft furnishings and corporate gift items.
